When & Where
Heal the Bay & Chivas
Heal the Bay, a non-profit environmental group, is making Southern California coastal waters and watersheds, including Santa Monica Bay, safe, healthy and clean. We use science, education, community action and advocacy to protect the health of those who swim, surf and play in the ocean, and the animals who call it home.
Chivas USA is committed to building outreach programs that connect the world’s sport to the children and families of Los Angeles. Whether it’s through a unique soccer clinic for special needs children, a creative writing contest, or raising awareness for the importance of caring for the environment, the goal is always to give back.
MLS W.O.R.K.S., Major League Soccer’s community outreach initiative, is dedicated to addressing important social issues affecting young people and serves as a platform for both League and club philanthropic programs. MLS W.O.R.K.S. seeks to establish Major League Soccer as a leader for improving the lives of people through sport.
